2 minutes walk.  Come out of the station and turn right.  After the zebra crossing on Cambridge Road, walk a few yards down towards the town centre.  Focal House is on the left, next door to Carphone Warehouse.

Buses

5, 62, 87, 169, 287, 366, 368, 387.  Buses stop opposite Barking Station or on London Road.

Car

Take the Barking turning off the A406 North Circular Road (shown in green on the map).  Parking is available in the London Road multi-storey car park on the left after the junction with Broadway.
